The Baptist Nursing Fellowship is an organization that encourages nurses to become involved in mission service, both locally and internationally. It assists with special training, disaster relief projects, and local healthcare ministries in addition to providing support through fellowship with Christian nurses. The Center for Bioethics and Christian Dignity To obtain information on bioethics, conferences, courses, books, audios, videos, multi-medial resource packets, bibliographies and Internet-based resources--all from a Christian perspective. Christian Medical and Dental Association The Christian Medical & Dental Association (CMDA) was founded by medical students as a vehicle for fellowship, Bible study and prayer with other Christian medical students. Today CMDA sponsors student chapters at two-thirds of the nation's medical and dental school campuses. CMDA provides discipleship and outreach programs and assists students in integrating Christian principles with professional practice. The Church Health Center seeks to reclaim the Church's biblical commitment to care for our bodies and our spirits. Our ministries provide healthcare for the working uninsured and promote healthy bodies and spirits for all. The Church Health Center serves also as the home for the The International Parish Nurse Resource Center (IPNRC) . Hospital Christian Fellowship of USA A Branch of Healthcare Christian Fellowship International (HCFI)(Co-sponsor of Network of Christian Nurses and Medical Strategic Network) An evangelical, international and interdenominational organization among those involved in the care of the sick. HCF in the USA is registered as a non-profit organization and is also registered with the Board of Registered Nurses in California as a provider of Continuing Education. Links to Mission Networking Websites Christian Community Health Fellowship (CCHF) CCHF is a national network of Christian health professionals and others concerned about the health care needs of the impoverished communities in the United States. We encourage others to live out the Gospel through health care among the poor. Christian Connections for International Health (CCIH) The mission of Christian Connections for International Health is to promote international health and wholeness with a Christian perspective. CCIH provides field-oriented information resources and a forum for discussion, networking, and fellowship to the spectrum of Christian organizations and individuals working in international health. Global Health Outreach The mission of Global Health Outreach is to provide opportunities for medical, dental and other health care professionals, their families and associates to serve Christ, to share Christ and to grow in Christ. This translates into the three-fold purpose of ministering physically and spiritually to needy people, and ministering to the spiritual needs of our teams. By being the "hands of Jesus" to needy people, we seek to fulfill His Great Commandment (Matthew 22:39; 25:36) and His Great Commission (Matthew 28:19). Project MedSend Project MedSend's mission is to develop funding to repay educational loans for healthcare workers as they minister among the underserved at home and abroad. Project MedSend (1) offers student loan repayment grants to healthcare professionals who are headed for career medical missions service under the authority of a recognized missions sending agency; (2) develops funding to repay educational loans for healthcare workers as they minister among the underserved at home and abroad; and (3) offers financial counsel to help keep educational borrowing to a minimum.
