Medical Bureau to develop the Primary Health Care Department.
Developed guidelines for clinic registration that promoted
quality health care services. Worked with the Uganda Community
Based Health Care Association to develop curriculum for Community
Health Workers, the Trainers of Community Health Workers, and
the Facilitators of the Trainers of Community Health Workers.
Was a member of the Patient Care and Ethics Subcommittee for
the Uganda National Control Program for AIDS. Served as an
advisor to the Uganda Ministry of Health to develop a comprehensive
nursing curriculum and a Baccalaureate Nursing Program at Makerere
University.
- Served as a project director to develop a community-based health care
program for the Madi/West Diocese of the Church of Uganda. Trained Community
Health Workers and the Trainers of Community Health Workers.
