•	Being an example of a person growing in love – for God, God’s Word, God’s people of every ethnicity and culture, and God’s purposes in the world
•	Giving leadership to the development and implementation of NCF vision and strategy
•	Providing supervision and encouragement for NCF staff members
•	Serving through administrative work
•	Collaborating with colleagues in InterVarsity and other organizations
•	Raising funds and prayer support for NCF ministry
