- Share their experiences, concerns, and joys
- Encourage each other to grow in their relationship with God
- Study the Bible to learn about caring for people, Christian foundations for nursing, and personal guidance and growth
- Pray for each other, their patients and their classmates and faculty
- Make Christ known to their classmates, faculty, nursing colleagues and patients through their words and actions
